One Scholarship may be given to a senior from each of the high schools.
Selection Procedures
The DPS Scholarship Foundation’s goal is to award one $3000 Foundation Scholarship to a graduating senior in each traditional senior high school in the Durham Public Schools system. These scholarships are open to graduating seniors who expect to enroll in a post-secondary institution this fall and meet the eligibility criteria.
The Scholarship Foundation Selection Committee will evaluate each application. The Committee will assess financial need based on family income, number of dependents and unusual circumstances.
